Okay so I really suck at having a boyfriend and keeping up with dieting and exercise, haha. I need to work out a plan or something, set days for me to go to the gym and just try to eat as well as I can when I'm out >.>
I'll let you know how this plan goes soon!

Bah, I really need to stop being lazy, I've like totally lost my drive. Who would have thought 2 days off would have thrown me off so much? I had McDonalds before, but you know what? It was SO worth it, there was only the smallest amount of guilt after I ate it, haha. I'm not going to make a habit out of slipping up though, I want to get back into eating properly ASAP, I just need to stop being stupid and get back into it.
But yeah, I went to my psychologist yesterday and she's given me some suggestions of things I can do during the day to help improve my mood. She also did this color card test on me and it was weird how accurate it was! She also listed out all my negative thinking behaviours so I can refer to it when I'm having any negative thoughts so I can recognise them and change my thinking process. I really like this woman I'm seeing, she's probably the best I've seen so far.
I really wish Friday would hurry up though! I so can't wait to see Nick, it's going to be so good to get cuddles :D I'm pretty scared about meeting his sisters o: lol, it should be okay though, hopefully they don't hate me! xD
Anyways, I'm off!

Okay, so I was a little bit naughty saturday and sunday night and didn't stick to my diet. Saturday I woke up at about 6:30pm and I had a Special K bar and I had to get ready to go out to the pub to meet someone I've been talking to online since the start of the year, someone I've gotten quite close to, hehe. Well, long story short, I now have a boyfriend! Hehe so I don't feel so bad about missing 2 days of dieting but I'm going to get stuck back into it tomorrow. Over those two days I only ate the Special K bar, some chips, 2 dim sims and a couple of salad sandwhiches though but I drank a lot of alcohol, I'm not even brave enough to work out the calories haha.
But yeah, that's why I haven't updated in 2 days, I'll be back on track tomorrow though! I'm still recovering from the big weekend hehe.

Day 3.
Meals, Snacks and Exercise
Breakfast: Special K bar and an apple
Snack: Two Salada's with light cheese, thinly sliced roma tomato and sprinkle of salt.
Lunch: Two sandwhiches (multigrain bread, no butter) with lettuce, shredded carrot, thinly sliced roma tomato, light cheese and slice of ham.
Snack: Sliced apple and lite vanilla yogurt
Dinner: Two mexicana chicken tortilla's
Snack: None
Exercise: None, stupid gym opens at 8am Saturdays :(

I really, really need to cut back on the carbs :(
OR SO I THOUGHT! --- Update: (8:57am) It turns out I only went over my suggested calorie in-take by 159 calories! I was so sure it was going to be much higher than that because of the two sandwhiches I had for lunch! I know now to only have one sandwhich a day hehe. My dinner was quite high in calories as well which makes me a bit cranky because I got the recipe from a diet book =/ but I still don't know how to read labels so the calories for the tortillas I used may be a bit off, I used some website that didn't have the tortillas I used, so I'm hoping that they were less than I calculated them for. Either way, I think I'm still doing quite well considering how I ate before I started dieting.

Day 2.
Meals, Snacks and Exercise
Breakfast: Special K bar and a pear.
Snack: Two Salada's with light cheese, thinly sliced roma tomato and sprinkle of salt.
Lunch: A nectarine and a sandwhich (multigrain bread, no butter) with lettuce, shredded carrot, thinly sliced roma tomato, light cheese and slice of ham.
Snack: Two Salada's with light cheese, thinly sliced roma tomato and sprinkle of salt.
Dinner: Mexicana chicken in a tortila
Snack: None, because I ate too many carbs today!
Exercise: 10 mins on stantard exercise bike, 15 mins on back supported seat bike, 5-10 mins on cross trainer, 5 mins on uphill set treadmill and 5 mins on ground level treadmill, 5-10 mins on two differen't leg toner weight machines and 40 minute walk home from the gym (oh, I also couldn't resist having a swing on the swing at the park I walk past on my way home, haha xD).

Well I'm just posting now out of pure boredness lol I'll end up filling in the two snacks and my dinner later but I have nothing else to do at the moment so I'm really just killing time xD I've been unusually hungry today though but I guess that's to be expected when retraining your body to eat at certain times, being able to not eat at anytime is something very different to me, but though it's a bit of a challenge, I'm having a lot of fun doing it and keeping this journal I think is going to help keep me motivated too.
I was thinking about going to the gym later at 6am when it opens, given that I'm not getting tired by that point. I've only been once since I joined and I really want to start getting in there more, messed up sleeping pattern be damned! Hehe
Okay, so it's now 8:15am and I've just got home from the gym and I feel amazing I always hear people complain about exercise, hell I used to be one of them! But now that I've joined a gym and I'm working out at my own pace with no pressure on me to be doing anymore than I can, it's an amazing feeling!

My sleeping pattern is backwards at the moment, I woke up at 5pm yesterday (25th) and it's now almost 8am the following day (26th), incase anyone was wondering what was up with the published date and time xD
