Meals, Snacks and Exercise
Breakfast: Special K Bar and a pear
Snack: Two Salada's with light cheese
Lunch: Chicken and vegetable rice
Snack: Toasted multigrain sandwhich with light cheese and corn kernels
Dinner: Grilled hamburger meat patty with peas, corn, carrots and mashed potato
Snack: Honeycomb and nut muesli bar
Exercise: None

My sleeping pattern is backwards at the moment, I woke up at 5pm yesterday (25th) and it's now almost 8am the following day (26th), incase anyone was wondering what was up with the published date and time xD
