Day 3.
Meals, Snacks and Exercise
Breakfast: Special K bar and an apple
Snack: Two Salada's with light cheese, thinly sliced roma tomato and sprinkle of salt.
Lunch: Two sandwhiches (multigrain bread, no butter) with lettuce, shredded carrot, thinly sliced roma tomato, light cheese and slice of ham.
Snack: Sliced apple and lite vanilla yogurt
Dinner: Two mexicana chicken tortilla's
Snack: None
Exercise: None, stupid gym opens at 8am Saturdays :(

I really, really need to cut back on the carbs :(
OR SO I THOUGHT! --- Update: (8:57am) It turns out I only went over my suggested calorie in-take by 159 calories! I was so sure it was going to be much higher than that because of the two sandwhiches I had for lunch! I know now to only have one sandwhich a day hehe. My dinner was quite high in calories as well which makes me a bit cranky because I got the recipe from a diet book =/ but I still don't know how to read labels so the calories for the tortillas I used may be a bit off, I used some website that didn't have the tortillas I used, so I'm hoping that they were less than I calculated them for. Either way, I think I'm still doing quite well considering how I ate before I started dieting.
