Day 2.

Meals, Snacks and Exercise

Breakfast: Special K bar and a pear.
Snack: Two Salada's with light cheese, thinly sliced roma tomato and sprinkle of salt.
Lunch: A nectarine and a sandwhich (multigrain bread, no butter) with lettuce, shredded carrot, thinly sliced roma tomato, light cheese and slice of ham.
Snack: Two Salada's with light cheese, thinly sliced roma tomato and sprinkle of salt.
Dinner: Mexicana chicken in a tortila
Snack: None, because I ate too many carbs today!

Exercise: 10 mins on stantard exercise bike, 15 mins on back supported seat bike, 5-10 mins on cross trainer, 5 mins on uphill set treadmill and 5 mins on ground level treadmill, 5-10 mins on two differen't leg toner weight machines and 40 minute walk home from the gym (oh, I also couldn't resist having a swing on the swing at the park I walk past on my way home, haha xD).

Blog

Well I'm just posting now out of pure boredness lol I'll end up filling in the two snacks and my dinner later but I have nothing else to do at the moment so I'm really just killing time xD I've been unusually hungry today though but I guess that's to be expected when retraining your body to eat at certain times, being able to not eat at anytime is something very different to me, but though it's a bit of a challenge, I'm having a lot of fun doing it and keeping this journal I think is going to help keep me motivated too.

I was thinking about going to the gym later at 6am when it opens, given that I'm not getting tired by that point. I've only been once since I joined and I really want to start getting in there more, messed up sleeping pattern be damned! Hehe

Okay, so it's now 8:15am and I've just got home from the gym and I feel amazing I always hear people complain about exercise, hell I used to be one of them! But now that I've joined a gym and I'm working out at my own pace with no pressure on me to be doing anymore than I can, it's an amazing feeling!
